When [F#m7]I get [A/G#]where I'm go[A]in
On the [D]far side of [F#m7]the sky [D]
[D]First thing [E]that I'm g[A]onna do[F#m7]
Is [D]spread my [A]wings and [Esus4]fly [E]

Gonna [F#m7]land be[A/G#]side a [A]lion
And run my [D]fingers [F#m7]through his mane[D]
Or [D]I might [E]find out [A]what it's [F#m7]like
To [D]ride a [A]drop of [Esus4]rain, [E]yea

CHORUS:
Yea, When [D]I get where I'm goin, They'll be [A]only happy tears
I will [E]shed these sins and struggles I have [D]carried all these [A]years
And I'll [D]leave my heart wide open
I will [F#m7]love and have no fear
Yea when [E]I get where I'm goin
Don't cry for me down [A]here

I'm gonna walk with my grand-daddy
And he'll match me step for step
And I'll tell him how I've missed him
every minute since he left
And then I'll hug his neck

CHORUS:

BRIDGE:
So much [C]pain and so much darkness
In this [D]world will stumble through
All these [F]questions I can't answer
And so much [G]work to do

But when I get where I'm goin [F#m7] [A/G#] [A]
and I [D]see my Ma[F#m7]kers face[D]
I'll [D]stand [E]forever in [D]the light[F#m7]
Of [D]his ama[A]zing [Esus2]grace [E]

Yea, When [D]I get where I'm goin[A]
Oh, When [D]I get where I'm goin, They'll be [A]only happy tears
Halle[D]lujah, I will [A]love and have no fear,
Ah[D]hh when I get where I'm goin[A]
Yea when [D]I get where I'm goin [A]
